NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE

Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Darryl L. Horn, unmarried man, and Annette Jackson, to H & R Block Mortgage Corporation on October 19, 2005, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Clarke County, Alabama, in DMM Book 1278, Page 582, and subsequently transferred and assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-1 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-1; Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-1 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-1, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Clarke County Courthouse, in Grove Hill, Alabama, on May 19, 2008, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in Clarke County, Alabama, to-wit:

All contents of home and premises located at 119 College Avenue, Jackson, Alabama (EXCEPT ANY SECURITIES,PERSONAL PAPERS

AND DOCUMENTS AND CASH).

NOTE: Said personal property may be viewed, upon appointment only, by calling Melton DuBose at 251-246-2634, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

All bids must be received, whether mailed or delivered, by Melton DuBose, at 601 College Avenue, Jackson, Alabama 36545, on or before 5:00 p.m. on May 16, 2008. The outside of the bid envelope must be clearly marked with the following words: SEALED BID. Bids will be opened by Melton DuBose on May 19, 2008, at 5:00 p.m. at 601 College Avenue, Jackson, AL 36545, and any bidder is welcome to attend the opening. The successful bidder(s), if any, will be notified by Certified Mail. All bids must be presented with the name, address and telephone number of the bidder clearly set forth, the net bid amount clearly stated and accompanied with a certified check payable to the Estate of Wilburn McVay for ten percent (10%) of the bid. The delivery of the personal property to the successful bidder shall be set at a mutually convenient time within seven (7) days of bid opening, at which time the successful bidder shall present to the Executor the balance due in the form of certified funds, payable to the Estate of Wilburn McVay. SALE OF MINERALS, CLARKE COUNTY, ALABAMA

REQUEST FOR BIDS

Melton DuBose, as Executor of the Estate of Wilburn McVay, deceased, hereby gives notice and request for sealed bids for the purchase and sale of any fractional interests in oil, gas and mineral rights in, on, or beneath any and all parcels of real estate located in Clarke County, Alabama, in which the Estate of Wilburn McVay owns any interest.

Bids shall be for the oil, gas and mineral rights in, on, or beneath two parcels, generally described as follows:

Parcel No. 1: All property located within the city limits of Jackson, Alabama (with the exception of the home place at 119 College Avenue and the adjoining lot.)

Parcel No. 2: All property located outside the city limits of Jackson,

Alabama.

Bids may be for one parcel or both parcels. All bids however, must specify amount of bid by the above parcel designations.

Melton DuBose, as Executor of the Estate of Wilburn McVay, will provide a Mineral Deed. Melton DuBose, as Executor of the Estate of Wilburn McVay, shall bear no expenses of purchaser and it will be purchaser's responsibility to satisfy himself as to the accuracy of each parcel description and the mineral ownership interest(s) owned. All bids must be received, whether mailed or delivered, by Philip G. Perkins, at 601 College Avenue, Jackson, Alabama 36545, on or before 5:00 p.m. on May 16, 2008.
