Tadlock Debbie Tadlock has joined Weyerhaeuser Company's Pine Hill veneer operation as plant manager. She is the first female division manager at the Pine Hill forest products complex.

As plant manager of the Pine Hill veneer operation, Tadlock is responsible for daily operations and production of the veneer operation, which employs 150 men and women. The veneer operation is part of Trus Joist, a Weyerhaeuser business, and has the capacity to produce 170 million square feet of veneer a year.

Tadlock is a 25-year veteran of the Weyerhaeuser organization. She joins the Pine Hill team from North Carolina, where she worked for 15 years as organizational development manager at Weyerhaeuser's Plymouth Pulp and Paper operation. Most recently, she was the senior organization effectiveness consultant, providing organization and work system support and guidance for all Weyerhaeuser's primary Pulp, Paper, and Packaging mills.

As manager of the Pine Hill veneer operation, she reports to Pat Smith, regional manager, Southeast, Veneer Technolo-gies.
