Hester, Collins to exchange vows

David J. Collins, Ashley Hester

Donna K. Kimbrough of Scyrene and Billly Don Hester of California announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Ashley Hester to David J. Collins, son of Jackie and Molly Collins of Zimco.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Louise Hester of Lake Village, Ark., the late Billy Hester and the late Sam and Florine Ponder.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Shirley Barrett of Grove Hill and the late David Barrett and Paul and Lillian Roney of Wagarville.

Miss Hester is a 2003 graduate of Thomasville High School.

Mr. Collins is a 2002 graduate of Clarke Preporatory School.

The wedding will be an event of Saturday, October 28, 2006 at 5 p.m. Invitations will be mailed.
