Rob Jackson, student pastor at Pineview Baptist Church, VFW member, and Gulf War veteran, recently spoke to Shann Hare's 7th grade social studies students. Jackson's presentation included photographs, diary entries, and letters from his experiences in the Gulf War. He also promoted the VFW student essay contest, Patriot's Pen, which focuses on citizenship in America.
