Band boosters thank you and ask for continued help The Thomasville Band Boosters would like to thank the community of Thomasville and the Thomasville school for the support and interest. Also we want to thank the volunteers who work as chaperones, parkers, coordinators, caterers and countless other odd jobs. Special thanks also go to the Officer Thornton and the extremely competent bus drivers, without whom we would not be able to help cheer and support the football team when playing out of town. We have been trying several new fundraising ideas as well as continuing some of the old favorites. We have lots of needs and wants to help support and improve the band, from short term goals like maintaining instruments to long term goals like new uniforms. The Thomasville Band Boosters and Delchamp's Printing were able to reach an agreeable settlement on last year's sports programs in the first part of October. We apologize for the errors and lateness of last years program and hope you agree this year's program is a success. We would like to invite you to come join the Band Boosters, attend a meeting (6:30 the first Monday of each month in the band room) or lend a hand.
