Thanksgiving service planned

The Thanksgiving Day Worship Service, set for today, Nov. 23 at 10 a.m. at the Camden Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, will include a Thanksgiving message from a U.S. Senator, the presentation of the colors by local Boy Scouts, the pledge of allegiance led by a World War III veteran, the President's Thanksgiving Proclamation read by Camden Mayor Henrietta Blackmon, and participation by three local pastors.

U.S. Senator Jeff Sessions, who calls Camden home, has accepted the invitation to deliver the messageCamden ARP Church is located at 209 Broad Street.
