FBC in Butler presents the Singing Tree
The Singing Christmas Tree at First Baptist Church will be presented Saturday, Dec. 9 at 7 p.m. and Sunday night, Dec. 10 at 6 p.m.
Directing the Singing Tree this year is Charles Owen of Gilbertown. The sound, lighting and technical portion of the event will be under the direction of Franklin Boney and John A. Boney.
Singers this year include Dede and Justin Adams, Renee' Bledsoe, Jocell and John Boney, Louise Boney, Jack Cleary, Joyce and David Fendley, Bob Gordon, Tasha Green, Dr. Keith Guinn, Bobby Jackson, Mildred Johnson, Brittany Lewis, Jackie Martin, D'Wayne May, Dr. Leanne McDonald, Willard McDonald, Susie Morgan, Dr. Britt Morris, Melanie Norris, Sharon Owen, Sue Patton, Bettye Sanders, Sharon Shepherd, Clariece Sparrow, Staci Vice, Vonda Webb, Pastor J.D. and Brandi Weed. The first through sixth grade children's choir, under the directed of Lisa Agee and Nena Beth Morris, will also be featured in this Christmas celebration. Everyone is welcome and the admission is free.
