Big Red hero for Fulton's K-9 unit Fulton's K-9 unit, Big Red, was the hero for the night when he helped capture a man wanted for burglarizing two camp houses. On the evening of Nov. 20. Corporal Ron Baggett with the Clarke County Sheriff's Department saw Lewis Edward Hill walking down Old Line Road. The sheriff's department had several warrants on Hill. "I jumped out of my car and caught him. He resisted and fought me about 15 minutes. I shot him with the taser, which he tried to take away from me. He continued to resist and he broke free and ran," Baggett said. Hill was caught and broke free several times and even attempted to hit Baggett with a deer skinning rack.
