Gunter Towing and Auto Glass has the right to refuse any and all bids. 12/7-12/21c Terms and Conditions for BellSouth Services Scheduled to Change February 1, 2007 This notification is provided as information regarding pending changes in the terms and conditions for most BellSouth products and services. As a result of changes in the laws governing telecommunications services, most services from BellSouth will no longer be regulated by the Public Service Commission or provided under terms and conditions in the tariffs. Beginning February 1, 2007, the terms and conditions for all BellSouth telecommunications services, except standalone Basic Telephone Service, Optional Telephone Features, or services currently under a Term Election Agreement, Contract Service Agreement, Letter of Election, or other contracts, will be provided in a BellSouth Service Agreement summarized below. The Service Agreement will not change your current services or rates, and your services will still be provided on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel service at any time. You will receive written notice of any future price increases or Service Agreement changes; if you do not agree to the increases or changes, your sole remedy is to cancel the service or terminate the agreement. BellSouth’s liability is limited; except where prohibited by law, your sole remedy for losses or damages shall be an amount that is not in excess of the charges paid by you for the service received. Service is provided on an "as is," "as available" basis without warranties either expressed or implied. The Service Agreement requires the use of binding arbitration to resolve certain disputes and otherwise limits the remedies available in the event of a dispute. Other important terms and conditions in the Service Agreement include: Charges and Payment for Service (billing and payment); Suspension and Cancellation of Service (voluntary suspension or cancellation of services by you or events for which BellSouth may suspend or cancel your services); and force majeure. Also, the Service Agreement incorporates by reference additional material terms in the "Service Descriptions & Price Lists" at www.bellsouth.com/agreement. The Summary set forth above has been provided to generally acquaint you with the terms and conditions included in the Service Agreement. The Service Agreement will be included in December bills for BellSouth’s local service customers. In addition, the Service Agreement may be viewed at www.bellsouth.com/agreement. Please read your Service Agreement to become familiar with its terms.
