The public is invited to join in the fun. Dixons Mills Christmas Parade is Dec. 16 The Dixons Mills Christmas Parade is Saturday, Dec. 16 starting at 10 a.m. The parade is sponsored by Splendid Harmony Social and Savings Club and the Dixons Mills Volunteer Fire Department. The entry fee for the parade is $25. VFW Post 5106 to hold Christmas meeting VFW Post 5106 and its ladies Auxiliary will have their regular monthly meeting Tuesday night Dec. 19, at 7 p.m. at The Garden. The Garden is located across the highway in front of Wal-Mart. This meeting is the Christmas meeting. Bring your spouse for a meal with the VFW members and ladies auxiliary.
