Bulldogs do it again
The Sweet Water Bulldogs hoist their state 1A Championship trophy in the air after defeating Cedar Bluff at Legion Field Saturday. This is the school’s second championship in three years. Thomasville’s bid for the 4A title fell short Thursday night against Guntersville, though the Tigers set a Super Six record for most rushing yards. Leroy also won its 2A championship game, bringing two state titles to Southwest Alabama this year.
