Parade is Dec. 16

The Packer’s Bend Annual Christmas Parade is Saturday, Dec. 16 at 10 a.m. Line up for floats is 9 a.m. at the A.O.H. Church. The Grand Marshall will be World Championship Boxer, Roy Jones, Jr. No fee for participation in the parade.

Caroling is Dec. 16

A Community Christmas Caroling will be in the Opine/Tallahatta Springs Community on Dec. 16 at 5:30 p.m. meet in the Elam Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. Soup and Chili will be served afterwards. For more information contact 636- 2295 for questions.

Sunflower AOH Church of God, McFadden Street, Thomasville, will hold at singing featuring “Melvin Calhoun and The Fantastic Humble Spritis” on Saturday, Jan. 20 at 6 p.m. Other groups will also be present.
