Consumer science students visit Blue Bell

Marengo High School Family and Consumer Science students along with their teacher, Ms. Bernice McCaskill, Mrs. Averitt, Mr. Dunning, Mrs. Carr and Mr. Hudson toured the Blue Bell Creameries, L.P. located in Sylacauga on Nov. 16.

Students experienced the secret way of making homemade ice cream in 42 different flavors with farm fresh ingredients. Blue Bell have over 30 distribution centers, four of which are located in Alabama.

The 2006-07 FCCLA members: Laquana Bouler, Marquisia Bouler, Kiwauna Jones, Vivian Bouler, Kinetra Evans, Ciera Hudson, Latifa Hall, Franquashia Griffin, Maya Hudson, Brittany Landrum, Cherriell Carr, Kurtisha Watkins, Chelsea Lewis and Laquitha Robinson.
