The Grill's fate may be known soon

While rumors have swirled for months around the fate of The Grill, it now appears that Thomasville will know the fate of this eatery sometime in March.

According to a Mobile Press- Register report, Walgreen’s has an option giving it until March 30 to decide whether to buy the property that is The Grill’s current location.

Walgreen’s will have another 30 days after that to finalize a sales contract.

The Grill’s owners have said that the cost of building a new restaurant would be too high to try to relocate.
