Wetherbee, Davis to exchange vows
Mark Thomas Davis, Megan Dial Wetherbee Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Dial Wetherbee of Camden announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Megan Dial, to Mark Thomas Davis of Birmingham, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Benjamin Davis of Mooresville, N. C.
Miss Wetherbee is the granddaughter of Mrs. Marion Freeman Ott of Thomasville and the late Mr. Ott and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Perron Wetherbee.
Mr. Davis is the grandson of Mrs. Byron Gardner George of Sarasota, Fla. and the late Mr. George and the late Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Pleasant Davis of Asheville, N. C.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Wilcox Academy in Camden and a graduate of the University of Alabama where she earned a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in social work. She was a member of chi omega social sorority. She is presently employed with Alabama Children's Rehabilitation Services in Birmingham as a social worker.
The prospective groom is a graduate of the College of Charleston in Charleston, N. C. with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. He received a Juris Doctor Degree from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham. He is presently affiliated with Scott, Sullivan, Streetman and Fox Law Firm in Birmingham.
The wedding will be an event of March 31, 2007 at 4 p.m. at Historic Rucker Place in Birmingham.
