Darlings eliminated from district tournament

      The 7&8 year old Dixie Darling All-Star softball team was eliminated from the District tournament on Wednesday, June 27 when the girls from Butler held on to beat them 15 - 12. It marked the second time that Thomasville had fallen to the girls from Choctaw County who went through the tournament undefeated.

      The 11&12 year old Dixie Ponytails All-Star softball team lost their second game in the District Tournament being held in Gilbertown on Wednesday, June 27, falling to Linden 10-0. With the loss they were eliminated from the tournament.

Angels lose out of tourney
      The Thomasville 9&10 year old Dixie Angels All-Star softball team saw their run in the District tournament in Gilbertown end on Wednesday, June 27 when they fell to Linden 23-14. With the loss the Thomasville squad finished tournament play with a 1 and 2 record.
