Healthier recipe for salisbury steak

Here's a main dish that is sure to put a smile on your spouse's face!

1 (10 1/2-ounce) can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup

16 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast

6 tablespoons dried fine bread crumbs

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

2 tablespoons reduced-sodium ketchup

1 (2.5-ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, undrained

In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup mushroom soup, meat, bread crumbs, onion and parsley flakes. Mix well to combine. Using a 1/3 cup measuring cup as a guide, form into 6 patties. Place patties in a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray. Brown for about 5 minutes on each side. In a small bowl, combine remaining mushroom soup, ketchup and undrained mushrooms. Spoon mixture evenly over browned patties. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. When serving, evenly spoon sauce over patties. Serves 6.
