CHURCH CALENDAR God holds singing Sunflower AOH Church of God, McFadden Street, Thomasville, will hold at singing featuring "Melvin Calhoun and The Fantastic Humble Spritis" on Saturday, Jan. 20 at 6 p.m. Other groups attending are The Anointed Angels of Jackson, The Samaritans of Montgomery and The Voices of Harmony of Grove Hill. Everyone is invited. William Temple CME Church holds Missionary Day You are cordially invited to worship with the Williams Temple CME Church family in celebration of our Annual Missionary Day to be held on Sunday, January 21 at 2:30 p.m. The guest speaker will be Minister Virginia Traylor from Lillie Grove Baptist Church in Chatom. The Thomasville Community Choir will be the guest choir. Bassett Creek holds singing Bassett Creek Baptist Church will be hosting their first singing of the New Year on Friday, January 26 at 7PM. Special guests will be the "Tribute Quartet" of Nashville, Tennesee. Formerly known as the "Monument Quartet", the Tribute Quartet has developed a national reputation for being one of the finest Southern Gospel groups on the road today. There will be no admission charged and a love offering will be recieved. Bassett Creek Baptist Church is located off highway 43, 3 miles north of Grove Hill.
