Aimwell Cemetery Association request removal of old containers and flowers The Aimwell Cemetery Association request all containers and flowers be removed from the cemetery before April 2. Mount Vernon Baptist Church will hold singing for Relay for Life Mount Vernon Baptist Church Relay for Life Team will hold a gospel singing featuring the Glory Road Quartet of Thomasville along with others. The church is located 3 miles north of Thomasville on Highway 5. There will be a meal served before the singing at 5:00 p.m. The singing will begin at 6:00 p.m. Admission is free, a offering will be taken for the Relay for Life. All proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society. For more information call 636-1606. Christian Fellowship Baptist Church Youth hold Car Wash At Dozier Hardware Saturday, March 10, 2007 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. the youth of Christian Fellowship Baptist Church are having a Car Wash for donations only to help them go to summer camp. Thomasville United Methodist Church is having 2007 Lenten Meditations and Luncheon The Thomasville United Methodist Church cordially invites the public to attend the 2007 Lenten Meditations and luncheon services every Wednesday through March 28. Guest ministers will bring the message after which a catered meal will be served in the fellowship hall. The meal will be $4.00. Everyone in the area is invited to attend!
