Maybe ethics bills are just the start?
      At least it looks like the legislature can come together on a few things in Montgomery. There are plenty of senators signed on to Gov. Riley's ethics bills calling for full reporting of lobbyist expenditures and a ban on money transfers from Political Action Committees.
