Final nine weeks
The students at Thomasville High school start off their last nine weeks of the semester after returning from Spring Break. Seniors are starting to realize that their days at THS are finally coming to an end with graduation just around the corner. Honor's Day will be May 10, during school for ninth through eleventh grade. Honor's Day for Seniors will be May 10, during the evening. Report cards will go out on Thursday March 29, during homeroom.

School News DeAnna Phillips

Freshman class dues are $25. Please pay Mrs. Henson during 1st or 2nd lunch period. Freshman night has been changed from May 11, to May 4.

Attention SENIORS! Any Senior interested in pursuing a degree in education should apply for a $1000 scholarship with Mrs. Williams. Auditions for scholarships at Alabama Southern will be held on April 14. Mrs. Leta Stephens will be at the school on April 3, to discuss the results of the ASSET tests.

The FBLA field trip to Blue Bell Ice Cream Factory and Talladega Speedway will be April 11. Only members that participated in the fundraiser need to pick up their permission slip from Mrs. Coleman or Mrs. Larrimore. The deadline to pay is March 30.

There will be a softball game Thursday at 4:30 P.M. at Escambia and Friday at 3:30 in Sweetwater. The baseball team will play Friday at 6:00 P.M. at Escambia. Good Luck Tigers!

The THS Mighty Marching Band Color Guard Tryouts will be held on March 30, at 3:30. Anyone in grades 8-11 may audition. Please see Mr. Phillips in the bandroom for an audition packet.

Last week for prom dues is April 2-6. The fee is $100. Pay Mrs. Dumas or Mrs. Brasell during Lunch. Yearbook sales will end on April 15, and the cost is $35.00.
