Settlement court cases

Over 60 criminal cases were settled in Clarke County Circuit Court with Judge Stuart DuBose on the bench March 19 and 20

The cases settled on those days include:

Walker Barnes, DUI, guilty plea, $600 fine; switched tag, dismissed; driving on wrong side of road, dismissed; failure to stop at stop sign, dismissed.

Darrion Bernard, unlawful distribution/furnishing of controlled substance, nol prossed by DA's motion.

Floyd Damario Bernard, escape, third degree, nol prossed by DA's motion; resisting arrest, nol prossed by DA's motion.

Jonathan Lamont Bettis, probation revocation, probation not revoked.

Sarah E. Carlton, possession of forged instrument, guilty plea, three year suspended sentence, three years probation; possession of forged instrument, dismissed/nol prossed with conditions.

Reggie Cooper Jr., theft of property, first degree, guilty plea, two year sentence, eight year suspended sentence, five years probation; two counts theft of property, first degree, dismissed/nol prossed with conditions.

John David Creer, probation revocation, probation revoked.

Anthony Curry, theft of property, first degree, guilty plea, 257 day sentence, 14 year, 108 day suspended sentence, five years probation.

Anthony Davis, assault, second degree, dismissed/nol prossed with conditions.

Brandy Pauline Dunn, attempt to possess/receive controlled substance, guilty plea, four year suspended sentence, five years probation.

Caldaro Eddie, theft of property, third degree, guilty plea, one year suspended sentence, two years probation.

Allen Wesley Elmore, giving false name to an officer, guilty plea, one year suspended sentence, one year probation.

Robert Warren Fuller, assault, second degree, guilty plea, five year suspended sentence, five years probation; criminal mischief, first degree, guilty plea, five year suspended sentence, five years probation.

Russell Chad Hawk, probation revocation, probation revoked; possession of forged instrument, guilty plea, one year sentence, nine year suspended sentence, five years probation; two counts possession of forged instrument, disimpropriety, missed/nol prossed with conditions.

Ottis Dean Hayes Jr., theft of property, third degree, guilty plea, six month suspended sentence, one year probation.

Cardel Hickenbottom, alcohol possession in vehicle, dismissed; possession of cotnrolled substance, guilty plea, one year sentence, 14 year suspended sentence, five years probation; probation revocation, dismissed.

Alexander Hill, theft of property, third degree, guilty plea, one year suspended sentence, two year probation.

Lisa Johnson, possession of marijuana, first degree, dismissed; possession of controlled substance, guilty plea, three year suspended sentence, three years probation; use/possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

Nancy Allday Kearley, two counts possession of forged instrument, pretrial diversion.

Harry Brant Lancaster Jr., theft of property, first degree, dismissed/nol prossed with conditions; possession of cocaine, withdrawn and filed; possession of marijuana, second degree, withdrawn and filed; use/possession of drug paraphernalia, guilty plea, $500 fine.

Michael Ladon Luden, domestic violence, third degree, guilty plea, one year suspended sentence, two years probation.

Bobby Ray Martin, burglary, third degree, guilty plea, 10 year sentence.

Aaron Levon Overton, unlawful distribution/furnishing of controlled substance, guilty plea, one year sentence, 11` year suspended sentence, five years probation; possession of controlled substance, dismissed/ nol prossed with conditions.

Aaron Roderick Phillips, probation revocation, probation revoked.

Reginald Everette Pippen, possession of controlled substance, guilty plea, five year suspended sentence, five years probation; two counts possession of marijuana, second degree, dismissed/nol prossed with conditions; two counts use/possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed/nol prossed with conditions; possession of controlled substance, dismissed/nol prossed with conditions.

Johnny Alex Pugh, enticing a child to enter a room or vehicle for immoral purposes, guilty plea, one year sentence, nine year suspended sentence, five years probation; contributing to the delinquency of a minor, dismissed.

Cyril Tracy Roberts, felony DUI, guilty plea, one year sentence, nine year suspended sentence, five years probation. $4,100 fine; switched tag, dismissed/ nol prossed with conditions; receiving stolen property, dismissed/nol prossed with conditions; reckless driving, dismissed/nol prossed with conditions; driving while license revoked, dismissed/nol prossed with conditions.

Marcus Watkins, assault, third degree, guilty plea, one year suspended sentence, two years probation.

Mike Ladaniel Welch, probation revocation, nol prossed by DA's motion; robbery, third degree, nol prossed by DA's motion.

Quintin Whigahm, possession of marijuana, first degree, nol prossed by DA's motion.

Quita Jane Williams, assault, second degree, guilty plea, three year suspended sentence, three years probation.

Chad Ray Wilson, possession of cocaine, guilty plea, one year sentence, two year suspended sentence, three years probation.

Carl Wayne Woodard, burglary, third degree, guilty plea, one year sentence, nine year suspended sentence, five years probation; possession of burglary tools, dismissed.
