Lady Tigers to host sectionals Saturday, May 5 at 9 a.m.
Kaley McManus, who improved to 3 -0 with the win, got the call on the mound and responded with another fine pitching performance. In four innings of work she gave up two hits, one walk and one hit batsman while striking out three.
Offensively the Thomasville Ladies only recorded two hits in the game themselves with Taylor Gilchrist and Natalie Washington each picking up one. Both of their hits were singles and the only RBI was picked up by JuQuesta Evans.
With the three wins the Lady Tiger JV improved their season totals to 9-8 with one tie.
