THS golf team ends regular season 15-5
The Thomasville High School Golf Team improved to 15-5 this past week when they defeated Demopolis and Excel in their final regular season match held here in Thomasville at the Pineview Country Club. In the match Thomasville shot a season low 175 to place first while Demopolis finished second with a 189 and Excel last with a 204. Thomasville's Matt Moore was the medalist firing a one over par 36. All four Thomasville golfers finished with scores that ranked in the top seven including Jamie Vick whose 44 was good enough for third place.
Next on the agenda for the Thomasville links men was the AHSAA 4A Sectional Tournament which was to be played on Monday, April 30, at the Andalusia Country Club.
