Graduation is here

It is hard to believe that after almost thirteen years of working towards graduation, the time has finally arrived. As a senior, I realize just how fast the years have past. It is now time for us to leave Thomasville High School, with high hopes and a positive outlook on the life that awaits us.

There will be a 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament in Lower Peachtree May 18-20. Registration forms are in the office.

Students involved in Alabama Southern Community College's Upward Bound will meet Sat. May 19 at 8:30 a.m.

Girls Varsity Basketball Tryouts will be Thursday of this week from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Seniors who have not turned in library books should do so immediately. Library books were due for seniors on May 14, 2007.

Library books are due for all other grades on May 21st.

Senior exams are scheduled for Thurs., May 17th for 1st and 3rd blocks and Fri. May 18th for 2nd and 4th blocks. Seniors who were exempt from exams finished school on Wednesday, May 16, 2007.

Grades 9-11 exams will be held on Wed. May 23 for 1st and 3rd blocks and Thurs. May 24 for 2nd and 4th blocks. Remember, any student who misses an exam must have a doctor's excuse in order to makeup!

Graduation will be held on May 25th at D.F. Anderson Field beginning at 7:00 p.m. Come and support the graduating seniors at their commencement ceremonies next Friday.

Congratulations, seniors! The day we have been waiting for is just around the corner. May we make our family and friends proud!
