Grandmother gives special gift

Annie Jean Duncan and Leah Michelle Duncan

In 1951, Annie Jean (Pearson) Duncan graduated from Pine Hill High School. She received the Class Valedictorian Gold Medallion from the class of twenty-one.

This year, her granddaughter, Leah Michelle Duncan graduated from Pine Forest High School in Pensacola, Fla. as Valedictorian of a class of two hundred sixty.

Mrs. Duncan proudly presented her restored fifty-six year old Medallion to Leah during her graduation celebration.
