Level heads in charge of debate
      More groups and organizations are wading into the debate over alcohol sales in Thomasville. And so far, when it comes to the organizations making statements, they've been well thought out and worded on both sides. We're glad to see that level heads appear to be in control of the debate right now....

Quilts come back home

      Well, shortly after she filed suit Lucinda Pettway Franklin got her quilts back from the family that "borrowed" them two years ago. Franklin claims the quilts were made by her grandmother, one of the famous Gee's Ben quilters.
