Powell-Gunter to exchange vows August 4
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Bernice Hicks of Grove Hill and the late G. D. Hicks and the late Mr. and Mrs. Heflin Powell of Scyrene. The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie Overstreet and the late Mr. and Mrs. Willie A. Gunter of Thomasville. Miss Powell is a graduate of Grove Hill Academy. She is employed by the District Attorney's Office of the First Judicial Circuit. Mr. Gunter is graduate of Thomasville Academy. He is employed by the Thomasville Police Department. The wedding will be an event of Saturday, August 4, at 2:00 p.m. at Pineview Baptist Church in Thomasville.
All family and friends are invited to attend.
