Cowan, Pritchett exchange vows May 12
The bride is the daughter of Levonia Marks of Sweet Water, and the late Robert London of St. Stephens. The groom is the son of Ms. Betty and Mr. Eula Pritchett of Vineland. The bride was escorted by her son Travis Cowan and given in marriage by her son and mother. Minnie L. Dixon, sister of the bride, was escorted and seated by Joseph London, brother of the bride. Mardell Williams, cousin of the bride, was escorted and seated by William London, brother of the bride. Her daughter Tyra Cowan of Morvin served as maid of honor and her niece Brenda King of Nashville, Tennessee served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Felecia Pace, niece of the bride, of Coffeeville, Janice London sister of the bride, of Sweet Water, Belinda Pritchett, sister of the groom, of Vineland, Tracy Pritchett, sister of the groom, of Thomasville, and Tomika Pritchett, sister-in-law of the groom of Vineland. Serving as junior bridesmaid was Shaquicka D. Pritchett, niece of the groom. Attending the groom as best man was friend and co-worker Gregory Williams of Morvin. Groomsmen were Juluis London, brother of the bride, of Morvin, Edward London, brother of the bride, of Dixon Mills, Melvin Pritchett, brother of the groom, of Vineland, and Corniel Lashaun Pritchett, nephew of the groom, of Montgomery, and Anthony Pritchett, brother of the groom, of Thomasville.
A reception followed at the National Guard Armory in Thomasville. After a honeymoon trip to Panama City, the couple will reside in Morvin.
