Judge DuBose asks for assistance with security

      Circuit Judge Stuart DuBose asked the Clarke County Commission Tuesday for aid in the security of his office and courtroom in the new annex at the county courthouse. The judge addressed the commission at the end of Tuesday's meeting. His appearance was not on the meeting agenda.

      On July 18th, Botulism reports in Texas and Indiana prompted Castleberry's Food Company to recall Castleberry's HOT DOG CHILI SAUCE, Austex HOT DOG CHILI SAUCE, and Kroger HOT DOG CHILI SAUCE with "best by" dates from April 30, 2009 through May 22, 2009.
