      The Thomasville Pre- Majors All-Star team, which was serving as the host in the 2007 Dixie Pre-Majors World Series, was eliminated from further competition on Monday, July 30, when Tennessee defeated them 8- 5. Both teams were trying to fight their way out of the losers' bracket in the game.
