Alabama Southern Practical Nursing (LPN) Program honors graduates
Alabama Southern Community College in Monroeville recently honored students in the practical nursing (LPN) department with a pinning ceremony.

Pam Taylor, human resource director for the Thomasville Nursing Home, was the guest speaker for the event.

Graduates in the practical nursing (LPN) program included: Juanita Bennett, Shauntae Causey, Andrea Chase, Natasha Collins, Debra Cumlander, Shreinta Foxx, Nicole James, Tamela Leverett, Ashley Roberson, Wendy Shaw, Frenchelle Stallworth, Lecole Thomas, Cecelia Touchstone and Sharla Wolf.

Special awards given were: Most Outstanding Student, Florence Nightingale Award- Juanita Bennett; Most Outstanding Student in Adult Health Nursing- Lecole Thomas; Most Outstanding Student in Psychosocial Nursing- Andrea Chase; and Most Outstanding Student in Role Transition Nursing- Ashley Roberson.
