Clarke County Sheriff's report A former mayor of Frisco City was arrested last week for public intoxication at the Clarke County Sheriff's Department. Oscar William McCrory had gone to the Clarke County Jail to bond another individual out Friday evening. As he left the building going to his car a deputy observed him weaving as he walked. McCrory got into the vehicle which was driven by the female he had bonded out when Deputy Joe Allen stopped them and asked McCrory if he was all right. "He asked him if he was okay or was he on medication or had he been drinking. McCrory told Joe he hadn't been and Joe asked him if he would take a test. McCrory registered a .161, so Joe arrested him and put him in jail. We couldn't arrest him for DUI because we didn't catch him behind the wheel," said Clarke County Sheriff Bobby Moore. McCrory was charged with public intoxication and his bond was set at $500. He remained in jail several hours until he registered under the legal limit, according to Sheriff Moore. Clemetine Dixon, public intoxication, false reporting to law enforcement, arrested by Thomasville Police Dept. Christopher Deshay Edgar, child support and court costs, arrested by Clarke County Sheriff's Dept. Daron Morice Gilmore, domestic violence, third degree, arrested by Clarke County Sheriff's Dept. Anise Hartley, public lewdness, arrested by Jackson Police Dept. Kenneth Horn, domestic violence, second degree, reckless endangerment, arrested by Clarke County Sheriff's Dept.
