Luker, Harrington plan double-ring ceremony Sept. 22

Mr. and Mrs. William M. Luker of Linden announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Renea Luker to Gregory Lynn Harrington, son of the late Mrs. Christine Harrington of Aimwell. The wedding is planned for p.m., Saturday, Sept. 22, at Aimwell Baptist Church. It will be double-ring ceremony with the Rev. Bo Brantley officiating.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Sweet Water High School and is currently attending Shelton State Community College in Tuscaloosa pursuing a degree in elementary education. She is employed with WJDB radio station in Thomasville. She is the granddaughter Stockman of Tyler, Texas, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Luker of Morvin and Mr. and Mrs. Johnnie Poole of Linden.

The prospective groom is a graduate of Sweet Water High School and is currently in the National Guard Unit, 2101 Trans Company, in Butler. Specialist Harrington was in Iraq for one year. He is also currently employed with Marco Warehousing. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Stephens of Aimwell and the late Mr. and Mrs. Paul Harrington of Birmingham.

After the ceremony the couple will reside in Aimwell. No local invitations will be sent. All family and friends are invited to attend.
