Hospital Auxiliary thanks Bierschenk

Former Chief Executive Officer Kevin Bierschenk accepts cake and goodbye from Auxiliary President Linda Privett.
Southwest Alabama Medical Center Auxiliary (SWAMC) held its first monthly meeting since May at 10 a.m., Sept. 4, at the Hill House.

Although auxiliary members work 12 months a years, they hold monthly meetings September through May.

The auxiliary members are excited about their work for this year and are looking forward to many fund raising projects.

Blue Boy, Jimmy O'Bryant gave an inspirational devotional. New members Karen Bradford and Tami Black were welcomed into the auxiliary.

Plans are being made for the second annual health fair, sponsored by the hospital, to be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sept. 13, at Thomasville Baptist Church. Auxiliary will be serving refreshments.

The Auxiliary presented former CEO Kevin Bierschenk with a cake to be enjoyed by him and employees of the hospital.
