The answer is simple according to the 15th number of Psalm versus 2-7. First and foremost, if we really want to be counted among the children of God, the Holy Ghost teaches us that we must live a holy and upright life. For it is not enough to serve God from an outer appearance or through ceremonies only, the love of God must be in our hearts. He is not impressed with "lip service." Matthew 15:8 reads, "This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; But their heart is far from me." Secondly, we must not be slanderers. We must restrain ourselves from doing anything mischievous and injurious to our neighbors. No greater injury can be inflicted upon men than to wound their name and reputation. There should be no backbiting, gossiping, false witnessing, false accusations, lying, deceiving, or any such thing against your neighbor. Proverbs 22:1 reads, "A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches..." We must also keep our word, even if it's to our own hurt. Thirdly, one should not put out his money to usury. According to this Psalm of David, it is against the will of God to lend out money or anything else expecting "interest" back. We should lend in a spirit of "brotherly kindness" hoping for nothing again.
On condition of doing these things, one will be eternally secure and unmoved. He will abide in the heavenly Mt. Zion.
