Sisters have a dream for T'ville

Networking amongst the defense contractors at the Rural National Supplier Conference were two women from Clarke County armed with a dream and determination.

Sisters Kerri Pruitt and Dr. Kimberly-Leslie Patterson were busy shaking hands and spreading their message that Thomasville is ready for an upscale development that would include a spa, lodge and entertainment.

Patterson, who works as a management consultant around the country said she and her sister were excited about the leadership role Thomasville is taking in the region, and they wanted to come back and be a part of the region's growth.

"When I think about Thomasville, I can tell you that failure is not an option," Patterson said. "Growing up in Clarke County, we received what we needed to be successful, and we want to give something back. We're looking to come back to Thomasville and make a difference."
