Horan, Garza to wed October 6

Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Horan of Gulfport, Miss. announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Felicia Ann Horan, to Bobby Jarell Garza, son of Mr. and Mrs. Randy Smith of Thomasville and Robert Garza of Foley.

Mr. Garza is a graduate of Clarke Prep and is currently serving in the United States Coast Guard in Gulfport.

Miss Horan is a graduate of Harrison Central High School and is currently employed with FEMA in Gulfport.

The wedding is planned for Oct. 6, at 4 o'clock in the evening at the Foley Civic Center in Foley. All friends and family are invited to attend as no local invitations will be sent.
