Hayes, Powell exchange vows

Mr. and Mrs. Jason Powell

Arley Hayes and Jason Powell were married at 2 p.m., Aug. 25 at the Champion House in downtown Thomasville with Judge Bill Kimbrough officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Scottie Hayes of Lasca and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jody Powell of Bashi.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. Flower girls were Katherine Powell and Lexi Champion. Ring bearer was Braxton Powell.

A reception immediately followed. The couple resides in the Bashi community.
