Brett Vick awarded scholarship to Faulkner State Community College

Donald "Brett" Vick was recently awarded a presidential scholarship to Faulkner State Community College in Bay Minette. Brett is a catcher for the Faulkner Sunchief baseball team.
Brett is a 2007 graduate of Marengo Academy in Linden. He graduated fifth in his class with honors. He was a member of Senior Honor Society, Beta Club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Student Religious Organization. Brett was co-editor of the annual staff, captain of the football team, most valuable player of the baseball team and AISA Allstar in baseball.
Brett is the son of Don and Nita Vick of Vineland. His grandparents are Raymond and Pauline Vick of Vineland and the Rev. Terry and Sandra Vaughan of Clear Springs.
