Fall break is here - No school Monday and Tuesday!

As we wind down the first nine-weeks of school, it certainly has been busy at Thomasville High! First and third block exams will be given on Thursday and second and fourth block exams will be given on Friday.

Students are definitely ready for a break and it is now here! Monday and Tuesday (Oct. 15 and 16), there will be no school due to fall break!

Congratulations to the Tiger football team! The Tigers had a great victory over T.R. Miller! Please come out and support the Tiger football team as they travel to Escambia County on Friday night. Go Tigers!

Homecoming T-shirts are now on sale. The theme is "Battle for the Crown" and an order form can be picked up in the office. Short-sleeved Tshirts are $14 and long sleeves are $16. The deadline is Oct. 16.

Yearbooks are also on sale for $35. The last day to purchase is Oct. 29.

Scholar's Bowl team has now begun to practice. There were no eliminations made to the group that tested. The team meets on Wednesday afternoons for practice, and has already begun practicing for its first competition.

The Boys and Girls Club needs after school tutors. Anyone interested should contact Cindy Ogle.

The Greater Clarke- Washington Counties Fair Association has announced the 34th Annual "Miss Clarke- Washington Counties Fair Queen" competition will be held. Any senior girl who is interested in participating should go by the office and pick a form. There is scholarship money involved!
