Child hit by a car A two-year-old was struck by a car in the parking lot of Rock Pointe Apartments in Thomasville Tuesday morning. According to Thomasville Police Reports, Felicia Waters was backing out of a parking space when her car struck Anthony Ly.
Waters took Ly and his mother to Southwest Alabama Medical Center where he received treatment for his injuries and was released.
