Smith, Donovan December wedding planned
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Jean Megginson Smith and the late William E. Smith of Thomasville, and Mrs. Elsie Baugh Monk and the late Francis E. Monk of Grove Hill. The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. John C. Donovan Sr., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow J. Soderlind, both of Pensacola, Fla. Miss Smith is a 2000 graduate of Catherine Academy and received her bachelor of arts degree as a legal studies professional from the University of West Florida in 2006. Currently, she is employed as a legal secretary at Deakle, Sholtis, & Hamil, LLC in Mobile. Mr. Donovan is a 1997 graduate of Robertsdale High School and received his bachelor of science degree in history from Auburn University in 2003. Currently, he is employed as a computer programmer with Computer Programs and Systems, Inc. (CPSI) in Mobile. The wedding will be an event of Saturday, Dec. 15, at 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Fulton in Fulton, on Alabama Highway 178 off of US Highway 43.
All family and friends are invited to attend through the medium of the press as no local invitations will be sent.
