Ervin Elementary receives grant for $4,346
 | | CONTRIBUTED PHOTO The Weyerhaeuser Company Foundation awarded Cheryl Carr, third grade teacher at F.S. Ervin Elementary School, a grant in the amount of $4,346 for the Student Enrichment in Academics Program. The money will be used to purchase workbooks, reading materials, and the necessary materials to provide overall student achievement. In a letter to the school, Weyerhaeuser applauded F.S. Ervin for the work done in the community, and stressed appreciation for being among their current supporters. Richard Bryant is the principal of F.S. Ervin Elementary School located in Pine Hill. |
