JV girls win last game over JHS

The Thomasville High School Junior Varsity girls picked up a 43 - 11 win over the Jackson High School Junior Varsity girls in their final game of the season here in Thomasville last Thursday, November 29. With the win the THS JV Lady Tigers ended the year at 2 and 1.

In the game, it was all Lady Tigers a right out of the blocks as they took a 26 - 5 lead into halftime and cruised to the final 32 point win. Twarner Witherspoon set the pace for the Lady Tigers pouring in 14 points followed Kyera Rowe with 13 points and Desirea Bettis with eight. Kierra Westbrook added four points to the total while Britney Stallworth and Natalie Washington each had two points apiece.
