Hankins, Cowan to wed Friday, Dec. 28 in Miss.

Mr. and Mrs. Rodney R. Hankins Sr. and Ms. Trineel Cowan and Paul Talley announce the forthcoming marriage of their children, Latoya Danielle Hankins and Bartkawski Rashad Cowan.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rodney R. Hankins Sr. of Moss Point, Miss. She graduated from Moss Point High School in 2000 and received a B.S. in accounting and an MBA in finance. Latoya is currently in her second year at a major accounting firm in Atlanta, where she is an auditor. She is a member of DELTA Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.
The prospective groom is the son of Trineel Cowan and Paul Talley. He is the grandson of Vester Cowan and the late William Cowan. He is a 1997 graduate of Thomasville High School and earned a bachelor of science in mathematics from ASU. He was a two-time MVP on the ASU Hornets baseball team. Bart is currently in his third year of teaching upper level mathematics. He is also a member of the OMEGA PSI PHI Fraternity Inc.
The wedding will be held at 3 p.m., Friday, Dec. 28, at the Pelican Landing Convention Center, 6217 Highway 613 Moss Point, Miss. The reception will follow immediately after the ceremony at the same location.
