F.S. Ervin parenting workshop
 | | "Take a closer look at your child's behavior and the methods used for discipline," was the topic Ernestine Jackson-Shakoor gave to the parents during a parental workshop held Tuesday, Dec. 17, at the monthly F.S. Ervin's PTO meeting. Many parents and some students were present for the event. Mrs. Shakoor spoke on the seven principles of reality discipline and the alternatives to reward and punishment. The parents were encouraged to be the best they can be my maintaining authority without being an authoritarian. |
