Uniontown man killed in wreck
      A single vehicle accident led to a Uniontown man's death Sunday. Joseph Alex Wilson, 52, of Uniontown ran off the road on Hwy. 5 about five miles south of Catherine, sometime around 5:45 a.m., according to state trooper reports.

      Adam and Elizabeth Bender of Pine Hill announce the birth of their daughter, Addison Elizabeth Bender, born at 11:21 a.m., Nov. 27, 2007, at USA Children and Women's Hospital in Mobile. She weighed 8 pounds, 5 ounces and was 21 inches long.

      Alex Rhodes, a 14-year old ninth grader at Niceville (Fla.) High School and the granddaughter of Richard and Roselyn Martindale of Thomasville, marched along with her band, The Niceville High School Eagle Pride Band in this year's Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, Calif., on New Year's Day.
