Salvation Army presents trophies to TES, CCHS

TES receives first place award
Thomasville Elementary School students, faculty and parents donated more than $2,000 to the Salvation Army Bell Ringer School Contest earning TES the Bell Trophy.

Clarke County High School donated more than $1,000, earning it the second place trophy.

TES students John Robert Ramsey, Tremaine Norwood and Principal Adam Sealy are pictured accepting the winning trophy from Helen Stephens, Salvation Army volunteer.

CCHS students Jessica Guy, Jessica Johnson and teacher Rebecca Bradford are pictured accepting the second place trophy from Ms. Stephens.

The trophies will stay in the schools for the year. The Salvation Army extended its gratitude to all involved and commended TES and CCHS for their efforts and generosity in supporting the Salvation Army by being a helping hand for the community.
