Civil cases in circuit court
      The civil jury term began in Clarke County Circuit Court Monday. A wrongful death suit, which was originally filed in 2004, is on Judge Thomas Baxter's docket. Ingrid Watson is suing Gulf State Paper Corporation for the wrongful death of Terry Cheeseboro.
